Hey there readers (:
I'm pretty lazy to start off with a long story so I'm going to go straight to the point.
On the 27th of March 2010 I headed my ass to HGC Hall at Sentul for the ICPJ ICC Day with a bunch of friends.
And after a year plus.
I finally get to see this asshole best friend of mine, Quinee.
The monster in your closet.
After "lining up" in a small congested area.
We finally made it into the hall.
And the opening video for ICC was AWESOME !
Like seriously awesome.
Real creative stuff.
Salute to the people/person who did it.
Anyway.
Back to the photos of ICC.
Well in the end.
A group called Pop Royalty won.
But in my honest decision, Tic Tac Toe really swept the whole dance floor away.
After ICC.
I had to go to Sunway Pyramid for the Battle Of The Bands being held in front of the Orange Entrance.
Well.
I'll like to say thanks to Eric for giving me the chance to be an official photographer for the event which will help me to improve further in photography (:
I arrived at Sunway around 4.30 PM-ish feeling hungry, tired and restless.
But as Sunway had a lot of things going on I had a good chance to experiment more with my camera.
While experimenting.
There were some break dancers doing their thing.
So I immediately took the chance to get good shots (:
After the break dance performance the event has officially started.
Around 12 bands participated in the battle.
I'm too lazy to state all of them -.-
I can't even remember most of the bands to be honest.
But anyway I had some great angles and great views of the performers :D
Like right in front of the performers !
So I had pretty good shots in my opinion (:
Here they are (:
Mr. Stage Director.
After that I kinda took a break from taking pictures as battery juice was running pretty fast D:
Before 8.30 PM we went to the main entrance there for the launching of the Earth Hour right before 8.30 PM.
Manage to get this good shot of the lion at night :D
Right before the launching of Earth Hour.
And at 8.30 PM.
All the lights at the entrance of Sunway Pyramid went off for one whole our.
I was super dark and everybody was holding candles.
When the lights went back on again after an hour.
The guest band 'An Honest Mistake' was setting up and getting ready for the performance of the night.
DAMN THEY OWNED MAN !
Especially the violinist.
It was kinda like Yellowcard but there was just this local modern band style into it.
Seriously they ROCKED the night ! :D
In my opinion this guy is the man of the night.
He made this band much more unique than any other local bands I've seen so far.
After their performance.
My camera battery died after a few more bad shots -.-
After that I felt like my duty here was done so I headed home.
Well that's all for now.
So don't give me the (If you did) :
"Aww ! That's it ?"
"But I wanted more pictures and elaboration on the posts !"
Because I already said.
I'm getting straight to the point and no long story-mory (:
But anyway.
If you want to comment.
Just leave in on my chatbox :D
Photography advice is much appreciated as well (:
Thanks for viewing/reading.
Eshton, out.
